| More Info | Negotiations to In-Source the ABM/One Source janitorial workers has badly deteriorated, and UCI is threatening to fire and replace all present workers, some of which have worked at UCI for 20yrs, to avoid in-sourcing the current workers. Through explicit actions of racism and intimidation, UCI is bullying all of us, Workers and Students, so that we will be scared into dropping this campaign... LETS SEE WHO INTIMIDATES WHO... UCI WORKERS, WSA, and MSU are calling all of you to action! RALLY FOR THE RIGHTS OF OUR CAMPUS WORKERS! LET UCI'S ADMINISTRATION KNOW WE WILL NOT STAND DOWN IN THE FACE OF RACISM AND INTIMIDATION, AND ACCEPT NOTHING LESS THAN ALL OUR DEMANDS BEING MET! PICKET THIS THURSDAY AT 1 IN FRONT OF THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING. |
